1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for items returned in unused, unworn condition with tags and original packaging intact. Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified via email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

2. Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method — whether that’s your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
Refunds are typically processed within 14 business days after receiving your returned item.

Please note:

  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–5 business days to post the credit to your account.

  • Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped in error.

3. Refunds for Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll cover return shipping costs and offer a full refund or replacement.
Please include photos or videos in your email request to help us process your claim quickly.

4. Cancellations & Pre-Shipment Refunds

If you decide to cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase, you’re eligible for a full refund.
Once your order has entered production or been shipped, cancellation or refund approval will depend on its current status.

5. Processing Timeline

Once we approve your return and receive the item:

  • Refund processing: Up to 14 business days

  • Bank posting time: 3–5 business days after processing

You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
