At REALTORS BUYER LLC, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Delivery Time & Fee:
Standard shipping takes 2–5 business days with a flat rate of $6.99 per order. We partner with UPS and FedEx Ground for reliable nationwide delivery.
Shipping Area:
We currently ship only within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO, or international destinations.
Tracking:
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking email to follow your order’s progress in real time.
Delays:
Delivery times may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier issues. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

1. 30-Day Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
2. Easy Returns
No return label in the box? No problem—just email us at support@realtorsbuyer.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.
3. How to Return
When contacting us, please include:
- Order number and full name
- Proof of purchase (screenshot)
- Reason for return
- Photos or videos if the product is defective/damaged
Once approved, refunds are processed within 14 days. Your bank may need 3–5 business days to finalize the credit.
4. Exchange
We’ll gladly replace items that are defective, incorrect, or the wrong size. Email support@realtorsbuyer.com to request an exchange. Return shipping is free for defective or wrong items.
5. Refund
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
6. Cancellation
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours for a full refund. After that, cancellations depend on production status. Please ensure your shipping address is correct to avoid delivery issues.
